Is the 30% launch offer on cloud, on-premise, or both?
Both. Cloud plans get 30% off the monthly price for 24 months from go-live. On-premise gets 30% off the one-time licence; the AMC is calculated on the discounted licence.
What does “unlimited users” actually mean?
Every member of staff gets a login with their own role — doctor, nurse, pharmacist, front desk, billing, insurance, lab, radiology, stores, management. There is no per-seat charge and no cap.
Can we start on cloud and move on-premise later?
Yes. The product is the same build. We migrate your data, and twelve months of cloud fees are credited against the on-premise licence.
What happens to our data if we leave?
You get a complete export — patients, encounters, bills, stock, documents — in open formats, at no charge. Retention rules and the audit trail are exported with it.
Are GST and hardware included?
Prices exclude GST. Cloud hosting is included. For on-premise, the hospital procures the server, UPS and network to our published minimum spec; installation is included.
The product is pre-release. What are we buying?
A founding-customer seat. Persistence is the current milestone; the roadmap on this site lists exactly what is live, what is engine-only and what is proposed. Founding hospitals shape that order, pay the locked price, and get the named-contact support that comes with being one of 25.
