The boring eighty percent, already done.

Read this page as “you will not spend two years building this”, not as a list of selling points. Every module below has real, navigable screens in the product today.

One rule protected throughout

Every department has its own workflow, but every department works on the same patient and encounter.

Modules

Fifteen modules, every plan.

No module-by-module upsell. The lab and radiology chain is inherited from a mature LIMS and is deeper than most HMS lab modules.

Architecture

One patient. Every department.

The patient belongs to the hospital; the encounter, order and service belong to the department. This is the rule that stops each department growing its own patient list — the root cause of one person existing under four numbers.

  • One order engine, not one per department

A doctor’s lab order is the row the lab works from. Nothing is copied, so status is never stale.

  • Unique MRN with duplicate detection while typing

ABHA is the strongest signal. Use Existing, Continue New or Send for Review.

  • Encounter types carry their colour everywhere

OPD, IPD, emergency, daycare. In a hospital the colour is the message.

Security and audit

Records that are defensible by design.

Inherited from a regulated laboratory chassis and re-homed into the hospital navigation.

  • Tamper-evident activity trail

Who did what, when, from where — with the record-access log for every patient chart opened.

  • E-signatures and signing authority

Signature events tied to roles, with break-glass and export controls.

  • Roles, scopes and per-user overrides

The backend is the authority on permissions; the menu merely reflects it.

  • Retention and backup posture

Retention policy per record type, with batches ready for DPDP obligations.
